• Payment on the website is possible only by card:  Visa, Mastercard.
• If you pay by foreign card, please choose invoice as a payment method. We will be in touch with you after playcing the order and advice the next steps. 

A maximum of 5 orders can be made with one card within 24 hours.

Products purchased online will be delivered throughout the entire territory of Georgia, including villages.

• Standard Delivery: This service provides delivery in Tbilisi and its surroundings: Fixed price 7Gel
• Standart Delivery outside Tbilisi: You can expect to receive the purchased item within 3-5  working days. The price is calculated based on the measurements of the parcel. 

Note: Delays may occur for reasons such as the customisation of products, the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone.

You can pick up the purchased product from  Mellow any day between 11:00 and 20:00.

After making an online purchase, we prefer to pick up the order within three days.
